Our client wanted a side extension to their semi-detached property in rural Lincolnshire. We advised them on a few design points to help it get planning approval and also provided them with our more detailed 3D Visual service which the client was overly impressed with. They saw how the visuals aided them in gaining planning consent for such a large extension. We'd recommend anyone needing planning permission to ask for 3D visuals of the proposed, even if theyre just basic.
