Lea Heights Development

We worked with a local developer to produce proposals for a site in Gainsborough on Lea Road near the train line. We worked on creating a number of 3D visualisations. 

For this project we provided the designs for 4 different house types including 2 bungalow layouts and 2 house layouts. We then provided a full 3D photo-realistic fly through for the site encapsulating the entire site and each proposed plot.

The units were specifically designed with a use of modern materials in mind to make it look modern whilst also keeping the construction costs affordable.
