2nd Storey Side Extension

Second-storey extension to a unique property in the south of lincoln. The client wanted to maintain the character of the ageing victorian features but add modern touches creating a master suite that had an upper-class hotel-like feel to it. The rear extension was to have an upper floor modern bay window that captured the view of the trees behind the property and incorporating modern features like switchable glazing to the windows to increase privacy on demand in the bath area.
